Purpose of collecting data

Thorncombe Recruitment collects and stores personal information, including contact details, CVs, employment history, and relevant client information, for the purpose of carrying out its recruitment and business activities. All personal data is processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Thorncombe Recruitment will not disclose personal information to third parties outside the company without the individual's prior consent, unless required to do so by law or where another lawful basis for processing applies.
